Insight Sessions are a focused, compassionate space for clarity, healing, and real movement forward.
These sessions are often chosen when you:

• feel caught in a repeating emotional or relational pattern
• want deeper understanding of what is unfolding in your life
• sense that something is ready to shift, but are not sure how
Through a supportive, relaxed process of spiritual inquiry, we allow what has
been hidden, confusing, or heavy to come into the light — without pressure and without judgment.
Rather than giving you a formula to follow, this work helps you:
• recognize what is already true within you
• release long-held burdens
• experience a genuine shift in perception
• move forward with greater peace and confidence
For many people, a single session brings meaningful change.
Others choose to work in a short series, allowing the movement to deepen and stabilize.
Many people feel called to begin with one or two Insight Sessions before meeting with Jeshua.
This is not required.
It is simply a gentle but powerful way of preparing the inner space so the deeper work can go directly to the root.

I entered the session with questions and concerns about a close friend, my health, and about the chaos and darkness currently wreaking havoc on the planet.
